Processing of personal information, including name, school email and school name, is necessary as we need to confirm that School Members are applicants from genuine educational establishments.
SECTION 2 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you subscribe to an Anima Phonics Membership or purchase something from our shop, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
If subscribing to a School Membership ("School Membership"), we will collect the name of your school and check that your email address matches the name of your school. We collect no other information about your school, but we may visit your school website to confirm that your Membership application is from a genuine educational establishment.
From time to time, we may send you emails about the services, new products and other updates. Every email will give you an opportunity to remove yourself from future marketing correspondence.
If you contact us by any means, we may keep a record to assist with any future correspondence.
When interacting with our Website, we automatically collect information from your browser including IP address, cookie information and the page(s) that you requested. With your consent, cookies are transferred to your computer to enable our site to recognise your browser or mobile device and inform us how pages on our site are viewed and how often. This usage information is collected in aggregate form and does not identify you personally. Personal data will be archived after a Member cancels their Membership. If the Member has not renewed their Membership after twenty-four months, we will delete their personal data after one additional calendar month. Where a School Membership is concerned, we will dispose of personal information regarding individuals twenty-five calendar months, although we will keep the name of schools and educational establishments on record, as this informs our future communications and interactions with them.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, subscribe to a membership package, complete a contact form, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, this constitutes giving your consent to our collecting it. Our store is hosted on Weebly, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Our subscription payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
Credit card details are encrypted to limit the possibility of unauthorised access. Storage of encrypted payment details will be handled by our PCI level 1 compliant payment service provider Stripe.com. Anima Phonics will only have access to the last four digits of the credit card number, expiry date and card type.
