Anima 10 Key Information

All terms and conditions listed in our Terms of Service apply to our Anima 10 offer ['the Offer']. In addition:

• Anima 10 is offered only to schools without a previous subscription history ('Membership'] to the Anima Phonics website ['the Service']. Any school that has previously subscribed to the Service is not eligible for this offer.
• Any school selected to participate will receive full access to the entirety of the programme until 31st December 2020. Upon request, membership may be extended into the following year to ensure staff have continued access. Such a request is at the discretion of Anima Phonics ['the Company'].
• The Company reserves the right to change the number of schools this offer is available to.
• The Company will endeavour to post printed resources within two weeks of commencement of Membership, but this is subject to stock availability. Any delay will be communicated to the Lead Member.
• No fee will be charged in relation to this offer.
• The Company may use published Phonics Screening Check results data to monitor progress of schools using the Service. The Company may share anonymous data on the website or in promotional material.
• From time to time, the Company may wish to publish case studies of individual schools. Written consent will always be sought and the Company will never share the name of a school without first obtaining permission from the Lead Member. All terms in the Privacy Policy apply.
• Any school wishing to terminate their Membership to the Service, may do so at any time, as per the Terms of Service.
• If any member of staff is deemed to be in breach of the Terms of Service, the Company may terminate the Offer without giving notice.
